1.4 When close to target filling capacity can be applied to realize speed slow filling, prevent the liquid spill bottle mouth cause pollution.
1.5 Convenient adjustment: replacement filling specifications only in touch screen can be changed in parameters, and all filling first change in position, fine-tuning dose it in touch screen adjustment.
1.6 Filling lancers driven by cylinder has diving filling mode, and the variable speed filling matched. This has effectively reduced foaming when filling easy foaming materials and prevented the pollution to the bottle. Meanwhile a liquid holder which is controlled by an individual cylinder is installed under the filling nozzles. It can avoid the pollution to the bottle and cylinder such spare parts after the filling nozzle are OFF. At present, only our company uses the patented technology.

Filling Nozzle’s Special Seal Design
Filling heads seal can be made by PTFE and stainless steel 316, when filling ,the sealing ring is opened. When filling is finished, the sealing ring is positioned and blocked up the filling head to ensure there no leakage occurs.
Piston Material: Stainless steel
